Hi there! My name is Suman Sarkar, and I'm a seasoned professional passionate about process optimization and quality excellence. After receiving my degree in Chemical Engineering, I started a 31-year journey of learning and development in the exciting field of manufacturing.

My career began at one of India's most renowned cement manufacturing enterprises, where the transformative power of quality management deeply inspired me. The unwavering dedication of the top management to excellence in quality led me to join the team in implementing statistical process control (SPC) principles in an exceptional environment.

I sharpened my skills in cost-cutting, quality control, and process optimization right in the middle of the manufacturing industry. My goal was to lower the expense of suboptimal quality and incorporate SPC principles into the development of products with high quality.

As a team leader, I managed a team of over 150 individuals, earning several accolades from management for consistently achieving targets. Over nearly 30 years, I dedicated myself to training and developing team members in the classroom and through on-the-job training in areas such as QMS, EMS, EnMS, Quality Control, Energy Savings, JSA, HIRA, and more. I also guided the team in preparing SOPs for production and QC activities. 

I am a Winner of the evils of smoking – a 26-year association that I broke through my perseverance—and spent a lot of time guiding my young colleagues to get rid of smoking habits and presently writing to inspire others through self-help books.

I retired from service and have started collating the experiences gathered so far.
